📍 Hong Kong, August 19, 2025 — New Bond Limited , the curator for rejuvenation of the Tai Pak Floating Restaurant, celebrates its third anniversary by announcing a bold new initiative in collaboration with iconic brand God of Cookery: the launch of “Tai Pak x God of Cookery: Culinary Voyage.”

A Legacy of Floating Restaurants Reimagined

Aberdeen Harbour was once home to three floating restaurants built and operated across different periods in the last century. These vessels represent a key collective memory, vindicating Hong Kong’s miraculous socio-economic development after World War II. New Bond Limited believes the emerging New Bond Kingdom is a reimagined version of the historic Jumbo Kingdom, aligned with government policy and equipped with all the essential ingredients to attract both local and international visitors.

The company intends to preserve the original Jumbo Kingdom plaque and intellectual property (IP) for the future construction of New Bond Kingdom, honouring its cultural legacy while embracing transformation.

Drone-Powered Sea Delivery: A New Culinary Frontier

New Bond Limited plans to introduce drone-powered sea delivery, revolutionising traditional food service models. This initiative integrates low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, and new energy applications to offer a more efficient, eco-friendly, and engaging dining experience.

“Tai Pak x God of Cookery: Culinary Voyage” Launches This Fall

Launching this fall, the Culinary Voyage will feature exclusive menus, themed markets, interactive challenges, and immersive exhibitions. Curated by the Jumbo Kingdom team, the limited-edition dishes will be open to public voting to crown the “Ultimate Culinary Champion.” The event invites everyone to become a judge and experience a reimagined Tai Pak spirit through taste and creativity.
